After washing your face, you need to scrub it properly to remove all the dirt from your face. Don’t use a hard scrub because it may cause damage to your skin. So, use a soft scrub and after scrubbing it gently massage your face for at least 3 minutes.
Clean your hands
It is very important to clean your hands properly before applying makeup or eating anything. Use a soft hand soap and scrub your hands using a soft brush for 3 minutes.
Clean your feet
If you are not cleaning your feet properly then you are going to get many problems. If you want to make your skin healthy then you need to clean your feet regularly. So, after washing your feet, apply some moisturizer.
