How To Remove Dead Skin

Skin Care

Do you have a problem in getting your skin clean and free from dirt? If yes then you are not alone, because everyone wants to get a clean skin. There are many people who have such problem in their daily life.

As we all know that our body has two types of layers which are the outer layer and the inner layer. The outer layer is the epidermis and the inner layer is the dermis. The outer layer is the protective layer of our body and it helps us to keep the moisture in our body. The inner layer is the layer which is the source of our hair and nails. It provides nutrients to our body and keeps the skin healthy.

Dead skin is a thick layer of dead skin cells that cannot be removed from your body. It can be formed on your face, hands, feet, neck and back. Dead skin cells are the result of dead skin cells which are not shed properly.

Wash with warm water

The best way to remove dead skin is to wash your body with lukewarm water. If you have a problem of dry skins then apply some moisturizer after washing your body with warm water.

Homemade masks are the best option for removing dead skin. You can make a paste of egg white, sugar, and lemon juice and apply it on your face and leave it for 15 minutes.
